You'll notice a cleaner, more intuitive experience designed to make it easier to find courses, navigate your account, and complete enrollments. Course content and your overall learning experience will remain the same.
No. The process for accessing the site and your courses will be the same as it is today, and all progress will be saved.
No. If you select a course start date between 4/20 and 5/2, your course access will automatically be extended by 2 full days to account for the downtime period. The actual course expiration will be listed on your My Courses page.
No. The website will be unavailable during the update, including testing through PSI and ProctorFree. Proctored exams should be scheduled outside the downtime window.
Courses with expiration dates between May 2nd and May 9th will be automatically extended to May 10th, except where prohibited by state regulations.
